Terms and Conditions for Ely's Musical Theatre
Booking and Payment When booking a service with Ely's Musical Theatre, you agree that: (i) You are responsible for reading the full service description before making a booking. (ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to pay for the service once you commit to book and complete the payment process, either digitally or manually via face-to-face payments.
The prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur. Additional information about pricing and booking fees is available on the payments page.
The service fee and any other charges related to your use of our services, including taxes and transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your chosen payment method.

Return and Refund Policy
Services:

No refunds will be issued once a booking has been made.

Missed sessions, for any reason, cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried over to a later date.

We do not provide refunds for school closures, acts of God, or any other issues beyond our control.

Staffing and administration costs are calculated based on initial sign-up data, and our sessions are staffed accordingly to ensure safety and enjoyment.
Holiday Camps and Programmes:

Once a holiday camp has commenced, missed days cannot be transferred or refunded as staffing is arranged in advance based on confirmed bookings.

Refunds for holiday camps will not be issued within 48 hours of the start of the camp.

Any refund provided will exclude the online booking fee, which consists of transaction fees and administration costs.
Behaviour Policy Children are expected to behave in line with our behaviour policy, which can be viewed on our website at https://www.elysmusicaltheatre.com/policies.
If a child's behaviour is unacceptable and does not improve despite intervention, Ely's Musical Theatre reserves the right to remove them from the club without a refund.

Ownership of Intellectual Property All materials on our website and within our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and music, are the exclusive property of Ely's Musical Theatre. No rights or licenses are granted to users, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
By uploading content to our website, you confirm that you own the necessary rights and consent to its public display.
Account Suspension or Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if terms are violated. Users may discontinue services at any time, but automatic renewals will only cease at the end of the paid period.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Ely's Musical Theatre harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Limitation of Liability Ely's Musical Theatre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including errors, personal injury, or unauthorised access to data.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Promotional Communications By using our services, you agree to receive promotional materials. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
Late Collections:

A late collection fee of £10 will be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late.

An additional £10 will be charged for every subsequent 20 minutes.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Bookings:

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Camps are staffed based on confirmed bookings, and no adjustments can be made once the camp begins.
No Transfers or Swaps:

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be swapped for another date or transferred to another child.
